La ex juez no quiere resignar su salario.
La ex magistrada advirtió al Consejo de la Magistratura que le corresponde su sueldo por tener en vigencia una licencia por enfermedad.
El Consejo de la Magistratura de la Ciudad deberá decidir hoy si acepta o rechaza un pedido de la ex juez porteña Elsa Parrilli de seguir cobrando su sueldo a pesar de haber sido destituida por amenazar a dos agentes de tránsito.
Según informó el diario Clarín en su edicióndigital , la ex magistrada argumentó que tiene un licencia por enfermedad vigente e hizo hincapié en el “carácter alimentario” de los haberes que reclama. Además advirtió que el fallo del Jurado de Enjuiciamiento aún no está firme.
En el escrito, Parrilli, destituida hace un mes, sostuvo que “el temperamento a adoptar respecto del salario debe ser diferente, en atención al carácter alimentario del mismo y al régimen de liciencia por enfermedad que se encuentra aprobado y vigente”.
El pedido será tratado en el plenario de esta tarde, convocado para las 14.30 donde se decidirá si se aprueba o se rechaza.
